I doubt it meets your parameters, but one of my favorite art magazines is the fairly new magazine, Hi Fructose, which comes out every couple of months. I am always wowed by the visuals and enjoy reading the artist interviews.

Congratulations! It's a great cover, and the magazine looks really cool. i know what you mean, I think I grew up in a time when I partially defined my world by the magazines I read. these magazines look really cool especially Illustration! Why haven't I seen that?

I'm a subscriber to the Illustrator Magazine and keep them to look at again and again! Raw Vision is one I was put off reading because there were 'artists' I used to know that thought they were cutting edge by reading it, some kind of inverted snobbery or I think! I'm going to give in now and read it now you've recommended it! The Cabinet one sounds good - I'm going to see if I can find it. :)
